The structure of a trowel system
Due to its wear-resistant and liquid-tight nature, a trowel system (or mortar system) is extremely suitable for areas with high mechanical stress. Each trowel system is built differently, but fundamentally, this system consists of two to four layers. A specific layer thickness is chosen depending on the location and functionality of the space. See below how each trowel system from Romar-Voss Floor Systems is constructed.

I1: AgroFlex Protect
A flexible trowel floor (3K) based on PU, primarily used in the agricultural sector.

I2: Trowel floor
An epoxy trowel floor (3K) with mineral fillers, suitable for mechanically and chemically heavily loaded applications.
