A floor in a car garage or workshop is often exposed to various chemicals. These include, among others, leaking fuels, oils, cleaning products, moisture, and the impact of plasticizers in rubber car tires. Additionally, in winter, de-icing salt is often brought inside, which directly affects the floor.

Liquid-tight floor coatings or cast floors

To withstand these liquids and plasticizers, a coating or cast floor based on epoxy is recommended for a car garage or workshop. An epoxy floor has good mechanical resistance and is excellent against chemicals. These flooring systems can be finished with an anti-slip surface. Fuels and other liquids can be easily removed without leaving residues.
